Some of my work happens in conversation.

We talk through ideas, decisions, and direction. Sometimes a client already has a plan and wants another perspective. Other times we’re working through options together. Having another person in the room who understands business, marketing, and sales well enough to think through those decisions with you and offer new ideas brings a different level of clarity.

Clients don’t only have access to my work. They have access to my experience.

The other side of my work is execution.

A large portion of what I do lives in marketing and asset creation. I help build the materials and infrastructure that allow a business to attract leads, communicate clearly, and convert those leads into clients.

I approach this work holistically. I’m not just a copywriter, a website designer, or a social media manager working on one piece at a time. I’m a business owner and a salesperson, and I look at how every part of your business is working together to drive sales.

That means we’re not just creating isolated assets. We’re building a system where your marketing, messaging, and offers are all working together to move people through a clear path from discovery to becoming a client.

Finding the Right Tools Without the Confusion and Trial & Error

Another part of my role is helping identify the right tools and solutions for the business. When a client needs a platform, service, or product to support growth, I help research the options, identify what makes the most sense for their situation, and then help set those tools up and get them running.

That research and implementation work saves founders an enormous amount of time and prevents a lot of trial and error.

ANTICIPATING YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS

 

Over time I become deeply familiar with how the business operates. That makes it possible for me to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and help clients think ahead about where the business should go next.

I often help clients step back regularly and evaluate the business as a whole. I’m constantly watching and working to identify where growth opportunities exist or where something may be missing in the business that could improve efficiency, sales, or momentum, and I bring those observations into planning conversations.

Some founders already have strong systems for this kind of planning. Others appreciate having someone help lead those conversations and guide the process. I’m comfortable stepping into either role depending on what the business needs.

My Background


I’ve run my own business since 2019, and I’ve spent years studying and working inside the online business and marketing world. I have an MBA with an emphasis in marketing, and I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars in business coaching, masterminds, and training in areas like copywriting, sales, and online marketing. I’ve also tested this work inside my own business over the years, learning through real execution what works and what doesn’t, and coached many clients to do the same in their businesses.

When someone hires me, they’re not only hiring someone to execute tasks. They’re gaining the perspective of someone who has spent years studying business growth, marketing, and buyer behavior, and who actively works inside entrepreneurship every day. I love business and I’m passionate about seeing business owners succeed!

Strategy & Direction


Talking through ideas, offers, and growth decisions while helping founders clarify priorities and map the next phase of the business. I often help identify gaps, generate ideas, and guide conversations around what would most improve the business. Sometimes I’m a sounding board. Other times I help actively lead the conversation and guide the direction.

Marketing & Growth


This is where much of my work lives. I help create and execute the marketing assets that allow a business to reach people and convert leads into sales. This can include websites and sales pages depending on the platform, opt-ins, email sequences, social media content, and other materials that support visibility, lead generation, and client conversion.

Messaging & Copy


Helping capture the founder’s unique voice and translate it into clear, effective copy. My goal is always for the audience to feel like they are hearing directly from the founder, even when I’m helping write or shape the messaging. This includes website copy, offer descriptions, emails, and other marketing materials.

Sales Support & Offer Development


Helping founders think through how they present and sell their work. This can include refining messaging, structuring offers, brainstorming new programs, or identifying gaps in an offer suite where additional products or services could strengthen the business.

Research & Solutions


Helping identify the right tools, platforms, and services to support the business. I research options, recommend solutions, and help implement them so the systems actually work and support growth instead of creating more complexity.

Tailored Support


I also support clients in other areas when it’s needed to help carry out their vision and move the business forward.

Things I’ve done for clients in the past include:

  • Compiling and structuring a published book from raw content
  • Interviewing and evaluating candidates and helping lead a hiring process
  • Initiating and leading quarterly planning and business strategy
  • Creating and organizing large bodies of content into reusable formats
  • Sourcing and setting up video and audio systems for content, courses, and workshops, and teaching clients how to use them

I’m especially strong at taking ideas that feel scattered or overwhelming, coming up with a clear plan, pulling together the right pieces, and executing it in a way that feels simple and doable, not overly complex or unrealistic.

I run my own business and coach clients, so I work with a small number of businesses at a time.

I work in ongoing retainers that reserve a portion of my weekly capacity. This allows me to stay closely involved in the business and support work across strategy, marketing, and execution without constantly renegotiating scope.

Each retainer reserves a defined portion of my availability so projects can move forward consistently and both of us can plan work realistically. Clients know the level of capacity they’re reserving, which helps us pace projects and protect momentum.

This structure works best for businesses that have an ongoing need for support and want someone embedded in the work with them.

HOW I WORK

Investment & Retainer Options


I work with a small number of clients at a time, so I can stay closely involved in each business.

Retainers are structured based on weekly capacity:

  • 4 hours per week — $800/month
  • 8 hours per week — $1,600/month

This time is reserved for your business each week and can be used across strategy, marketing, and execution depending on your needs.

We typically meet regularly to stay aligned, talk through priorities, and make decisions together. The frequency depends on how involved you want to be in the process. Some clients prefer more collaboration and feedback, while others are comfortable giving direction and allowing me to run with execution.
